Obviously there’s a lot of stress right now with what’s going on in the world and we don’t you to forget of all the wonderful benefits of exercise.
Exercising is a wonderful way to de-stress and maintain our sanity in these difficult times it’s important to keep our stress level down but to also keep our health up and not to let our muscles become sedentary.
You don’t have to buy a lot of equipment to do Fitness in your home.
If you have a chair,some light resistance bands or a gym ball you can use or else you can use any equipment at home you can use a wall to do a wall sit you can use your body weight to do a plank or a push-up.
You can also use a simple little step or a curb to do step ups you can also grab something from the pantry grab a can of soup,a bottle of water,a two pound bag of flour anything that you can do to use for some resistance.
You can have 30 second interval of maybe 10 exercises that takes you five minutes and then you could do four rounds of that. That would give you 20 minutes of exercise.
There are a lot of ways that you can get exercise done you just have to create the environment in your home where you can do it inside and have a program where you do a series of exercises and have intervals in between.
